Exploring your personal vision through sound and meditation... expressing your vision through sacred art.

We will use sound journeys and sacred sound meditations throughout the weekend to activate dreams and visions, crystallizing them with the creation of collages and mandalas. The intention of this weekend retreat is not to manifest “stuff” in the outer form but to tap into a deeper sense of self- our personal vision. Sacred sound will be the vehicle for our “vision quests”.

There are two sound tables and a vibroacoustic recliner at the house which you will have access to while you are here, to assist you in deepening your experience. The sound tables and recliner all have speakers built in to them so that every cell in your body is massaged with sound. Vibroacoustic therapy is profoundly relaxing and can facilitate processing and deep healing on all levels.

$225- includes Friday and Saturday dinner, plus continental breakfast Saturday and Sunday

Accommodations:
You are encouraged to spend the weekend here at Wholistic Sound to get the very most out of your experience. The downstairs guest room with a full bed is $75 a night. There is also a small room downstairs which can accommodate either one queen-size air mattress or two twin air mattresses at $50. My room will be available upstairs which has a queen size bed, a comfortable futon on the floor which can sleep one person or two cozy people! Another queen-size air mattress will fit up there as well or a couple of twin mattresses. Available as a dorm room for $40 per person. If you plan to stay on the premises please contact me directly in regards to payment as the space is limited.
