This is going to be a very special sound journey as it will also be an introduction to the weekend workshop Healing With Tibetan Singing Bowls. The sound journey will feature a large assortment of bowls which have a powerful effect on consciousness. The combination of resonant frequencies induces a state of deep relaxation almost instantly, by balancing the right and left hemispheres of the brain. The beat frequencies created by the combination of tones entrain the brainwaves to a deep alpha, theta and sometimes delta state creating an internal environment most conducive to deep meditation.

This sound journey is open to the public; however, for those who are taking the workshop the cost will be included in your tuition for the weekend class and will count for two of your CE hours.

The Healing Sound Journey is a deeply restorative and balancing immersion into the subtle, yet powerful, frequencies of Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls, flutes, gongs, ocean drums, rain sticks, rattles and didgeridoos.

Blankets, yoga mats and bolsters will be provided for those who are comfortable lying down- you are also welcome to bring your own.
