Prepare for one of the most unique de-stressing techniques you will ever experience. Sound healer and skilled musician Rosie Warburton will set the stage for profound healing and personal transformation as she plays Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls, flutes, gongs, ocean drums, rain sticks, rattles and didgeridoos. The Healing Sound Journey is a nurturing and restorative immersion into the waves of sound produced by these magical instruments which have the ability to pierce through the layers of internal chatter and restlessness of the mind when played with awareness, intention and sensitivity.

Rosie has been studying and practicing sound as a healing modality for well over 20 years and has been developing the continually evolving Healing Sound Journey as a group sound healing event since 1995. She is continually adding to her array of instruments and her own body of knowledge around the science of sacred sound and healing.

Yoga mats and blankets are provided by the studio but feel free to bring a pillow or whatever you may need for extra comfort. Chairs are also available for those who may not be comfortable lying down.
