Rosie is returning to Yoga4All with her array of instruments- including two new gongs!- to take us on a Healing Sound Journey, which will also serve as introduction to her weekend workshop- Sound Healing for Massage Therapists- and everyone else too!*

Prepare for one of the most unique de-stressing techniques you will ever experience. Sound healer and skilled musician Rosie Warburton will set the stage for profound healing and personal transformation as she plays Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls, flutes, gongs, ocean drums, rain sticks, rattles and didgeridoos. The Healing Sound Journey is a nurturing and deeply restorative immersion into the waves of sound produced by these sacred healing instruments which have the ability to pierce through the layers of internal chatter and restlessness of the mind when played with awareness, intention and sensitivity.

*Note: This sound journey is open to the public; however, for those who are taking the workshop the cost will be included in your tuition for the weekend class and will count for two of your CE hours.

Blankets, yoga mats and bolsters will be provided for those who are comfortable lying down- you are also welcome to bring your own.
