Please join me for a very special Healing Sound Journey which I will perform in the boathouse at Millstone Plantation overlooking beautiful Lake McBride in Tallahassee. This will be the first public live and in-person sound journey I have performed in over two years! I am very excited to see some of my old friends in Tallahassee and to make some new ones as well.

This could be one of the most unique de-stressing techniques you will ever experience. Many participants report profound healing and personal transformation as they sink into the powerful frequencies of Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls, flutes, gongs, ocean drums, rain sticks, rattles and didgeridoos. The Healing Sound Journey is a nurturing and restorative immersion into the waves of sound produced by these magical instruments which have the ability to pierce through the layers of internal chatter and restlessness of the mind when played with intention and sensitivity.

Most participants like to lie down during the sound journey. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow- whatever you need to be comfortable. There will be chairs available for those who prefer to sit.
The boathouse is screened in so we can enjoy the outdoor air and sound of the birds and water during the journey.

We will meet up at the boathouse at 6:30-6:45. Sound Journey begins promptly at 7 pm.
