What makes a “sound journey” or “sound bath” work? In this workshop I will demonstrate and discuss some of the key components that allow the participant’s body to quickly drop into a state of deep relaxation, allowing mental chatter to quiet, physical discomfort to subside and open a space for reflection, transformation and healing.
