Please join us to celebrate the vernal equinox in the beautiful sanctuary at the Temple of the Living God in St. Petersburg, FL. The spring equinox is one of the two days out of the year when the hours of light and darkness are equal. It is a symbol of balance and a time for reflection on how we may bring more balance, light and harmony into our own lives as the days begin to grow longer. Some of the instruments that will be played during the concert/sound journey, in particular the Himalayan singing bowls, are specifically known to balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain, effortlessly promoting a deeply relaxed and meditative state, quieting the mind and bringing about greater clarity.

If you prefer lying down for the event, please bring your own yoga mat, pillows & blankets- whatever you need to be comfortable.
