This sound journey will be held in a spacious private home in Deland, FL. Please register in advance as space may be limited. Rosie Warburton, sound healer and musician with over 30 years experience in the field of therapeutic sound, will set the stage for profound healing and personal transformation as she plays Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls, flutes, gongs, ocean drums, rain sticks, rattles and more. When played with awareness, intention and sensitivity, these sacred healing instruments pierce through the layers of internal chatter and restlessness of the mind, allowing the listener to quickly drop into a deep state of relaxation.

Wear loose comfortable clothing. We suggest you bring your own blanket, yoga mat, pillows or bolsters- whatever you need to be comfortable, if you wish to lie on the floor. There will be some extra yoga mats provided. Chairs will be provided for those who prefer sitting.
